Da un po di tempo mi è stato regalato il libro di Arno ma ho deciso di aspettare e iniziare a leggerlo quando mi sono sentita 'pronta'. Sapevo sarei andata incontro ad un racconto forte ma mai mi sarei aspettata un viaggio tra le pagine così, ricco di emozioni, particolari significanti e sensazioni positive. Arno, ti porta nel suo mondo attraverso la sua esperienza e con le sue parole ti fa scoprire e capire la realtà e la grandezza del mondo Natura, ti mostra posti nascosti ai quali noi, magari, non prestiamo attenzione, ti fa comprendere nel profondo dettagli di ciò che ci circonda, che noi il più delle volte diamo per scontato. A me personalmente è servito, in primis per conoscere meglio lui, che ringrazio, in secondo per avere la conferma che la vita è imprevedibile e che a volte, le sfide più grandi sono quelle che la rendono interessante e, superarle, è ciò che le dà significato. Consiglio assolutamente. Arno's book was given to me as a gift some time ago but I decided to wait and start reading it when I felt 'ready'. I knew I would be faced with a strong story but I never expected a journey through the pages like this, full of emotions, significant details and positive sensations. Arno takes you into his world through his experience and with his words makes you discover and understand the reality and grandeur of the world of Nature, he shows you hidden places to which we, perhaps, don't pay attention, he makes you understand the details in depth of what surrounds us, which we most often take for granted. For me personally it was useful, first of all to get to know him better, whom I thank, and secondly to have the confirmation that life is unpredictable and that sometimes, the greatest challenges are those that make it interesting and, overcoming them, is what gives meaning. I absolutely recommend.

Il libro di Arno non va letto, va assaporato. Tra le pagine non troverete solo la sua esperienza di ritorno da un periodo oscuro, ma piuttosto direi il ritrovamento della sua essenza. Dopo essersi posto molte domande fondamentali, ha avuto il coraggio di trasformarsi e di riscoprire l'importanza di una parte di noi che a volte dimentichiamo: la connessione con la Natura. In modo profondamente spirituale (ma anche con spiegazioni scientifiche) Arno accompagna il lettore con la massima chiarezza nel percorso che lo ha trasformato in un autentico Naturbursche. Coraggio, trasformazione, concretezza, linguaggio del cuore, risonanza...molti gli ingredienti che fan sì che questo libro lasci un segno indelebile. Come del resto lo fanno le esperienze che propone con la Forestling, il suo sogno realizzato. Io le ho provate di persona e hanno risvegliato in me meraviglia, benessere, sintonia, serenità, meditazione, scoperta. Arno nel libro "si è messo a nudo" davvero e per me lo ha fatto con uno scopo onorevole: aiutare gli altri. Dopo aver letto il suo libro posso dire di conoscerlo di più, ora lo stimo ancora di più. Un'anima rara, che porta felicità tra le persone. Arno's book should not be read, it should be savored. Among the pages you will not only find his experience of returning from a dark period, but rather I would say the rediscovery of his essence. After asking himself many fundamental questions, he had the courage to transform himself and rediscover the importance of a part of us that we sometimes forget: the connection with Nature. In a profoundly spiritual way (but also with scientific explanations) Arno accompanies the reader with the utmost clarity on the path that transformed him into an authentic Naturbursche. Courage, transformation, concreteness, language of the heart, resonance...there are many ingredients that make this book leave an indelible mark. As do the experiences he offers with Forestling, his dream come true. I tried them myself and they awakened in me wonder, well-being, harmony, serenity, meditation, discovery. In the book Arno really "exposed himself" and for me he did it with an honorable purpose: to help others. After reading his book I can say that I know him better, now I respect him even more. A rare soul, who brings happiness among people.
